Greengate Metal Components offers customers the full collection of metal finishing processes.

On site Greengate Metal Components operates a fully automated paint plant. With in-line pre-treatment, powder coating booths, conveyor systems and two stoving ovens.

The stoving oven operating on our conveyor system can handle component sizes up to a maximum of 3m wide x 1.5m high x 0.8m deep. The second and larger stoving oven can handle components up to a maximum of 4.8m long x 2m wide x 2.5m high.

Equipment:

• 3 x Colour change powder centres.
• 1x Powder reclamation facility.
• 4x ITW Gema manual powder coating guns.
• 2x ITW Gema automated reciprocator arms.

This facility allows Greengate Metal Components to rapidly process large batches of various sized components, whilst also offering the ability to provide a full range of different colours and finishes. The pre-treatment procedure allows excellent adhesion and a high quality finish to all of our customer’s products.

Greengate Metal Components also operates a wet paint facility on site with a 4m wide x 3m deep x 2.5m high wet extraction spray booth.

Anodising, Silk Screening, engraving and Tampo printing are also available.
